Default Crab Town USA - Glen Burnie Maryland

Anyone ever been? A coworker of mine mentioned it and it looks to have a ton of arcade games to play. A few friends and I headed over but maybe they closed up early cause they said on the phone they were open until 11 but at 10:30 they were closed.

A few games on the list I saw weren't on there. Terminator 2, Mortal Kombat 2 and Daytona USA (We peeked in the window)

I'm going to try and head back next week. Are people interested in photos or something?

I'm definitely interested in hearing what you think of it. I live in the Annapolis area and never heard of it. Is it an arcade, or is it a restaurant that happens to have a lot of games?

Looks to be a little restaurant with an arcade on the side.

OK, had a chance to stop by tonight. Nice and early-ish so they weren't closed.

There's a ton of games and pinball machines. Problem is, quality is soso. Can't say I'm surprised, but seeing everything lined up like it was really brought back some memories.

One of the best parts is that if you have a suggestion for a game, or if one of the machines is messed up, you can put in a request to have it fixed. Who knows if they really do it, but nice to have that option.

Plus, cheap beer and pizza! I'll definitely be going back

    And of course, Pictures!

I tried to get pictures of every machine, and I think I did. Enjoy!

Man, they sure do have a whole lot of machines there! Arcade auctions don't have that many games in them. I'm impressed by the wide assortment of stuff. It seems like the owner is a hardcore collector.

That's a great looking selection, I hope you went on an off night since there was no one in any of the photos.

Dude. That arcade defines FREAKING SWEET.

It really covers all the bases. Maybe all it needs is a CPS2 cab and it's got a little bit of everything. Cabs look in great shape from the pics.

A bunch of us from the KLOV forums meet up there every now and then... we've got another meet on June 4th, if anyone's looking for an excuse to check it out: http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=182348 .

It is very impressive, though unfortunately the quality is what you'd expect from an arcade that is run for the public all day every day. Monitors that need cap kits and adjustments, plexi bezels that are so scratched that you can barely see through them, and monitors covered with smoke residue so thick that the screen looks almost brown (I'm guessing they just recently went non-smoking). Still... being able to go to a place locally and pump quarters into a 4P Demolition Derby is pretty sweet.

I actually lived in Deale, just said Edgewater since it is more well known and for some wierd reason had our P.O. Box, from 1989-2003. I went to Deale Elementary and then Southern Middle. Moved down to Florida in 2003 and have been here since. That arcade makes me want to take a road trip up there. If I only had the money. Maybe someday......

I was just there a few months ago. I don't remember everything that was there, but flipping through your pics it looks very similar, if not identical to how it looked last time.

You weren't kidding about the selection of games - very nice collection. It must sound great in there - there is nothing like the sound of dozens and dozens of games playing over each other. Maybe it's just the pictures, though, but that drab "converted break-room" they seem to be housed in kinda kills it. That room could use a make-over. Probably less noticeable when there's a bunch of people in there, though.
