We have one in our local mall but most of the games dont work. I was taking my son during the week so he could enjoy the things I did but after putting money into machines that dont work and not getting refunded we scratched that weekly trip. The folks working it didnt seem to really enjoy being there. Sad.

I opened up an arcade/restaurant/venue this last summer in Longview WA, and we will have been for a year come July. We have ~45 machines set up to play at $.25 each, but unfortunately no pins yet... Most of the games are classic ones, not redemption crap!

Theres a small run down arcade that looks like its sadly on its way out in the Festival Mall in orlando FL
theres also a very large Dave and Busters located on International Drive in orlando... also theres another arcade located by a small theme park on international drive too.
Also 2 arcades located in Kissimmee Fl on in Funspot USA theme park (not to be confused with Fun Spot in New Hampshire aka the worlds largest arcade).... and also in Old Town Fun Park (they are located side by side with each other).

also there is King Richards in Naples FL which is kinda like a chucky cheese kinda place (just without the chucky cheese regulations)

No arcades around my area anymore.

I think that arcades were labeled badly with pool rooms and roller rinks as places for trouble to start among the younger crowd. Real or perceived, I think it limits them from making a comeback in the area I live in.

I do miss the old arcades though.

I think that Tron: Legacy really sparked a comeback of arcades. I know that when I saw Flynn's arcade in the movie, then YT videos of Flynn's at Disneyland, the kid in me was crying with joy. I loved seeing fully functional arcade games, and tons of people enjoying them.

I agree that its more of an adult thing nowadays, because kids today would rather sit at home on the PS3/XBOX 360 than go out to a spot with friends and have fun.

Finances haven't come around to take the trip out to GG yet, but I am going to try and get that done by the end of the summer.

also creating a list for vermont as far as i know....

Burlington Vermont area has Pizza Putt (a local rendition of Chucky Cheese) which has a full on arcade, indoor bumper boats, lazer tag, batting cage, and 9 hole indoor mini golf course.

Also Zackary's Pizza has a decent sized arcade within it to enjoy.

In rutland vermont there is Dream Machine arcade within the Diamond Run Mall.

other then that no arcades anywhere to be found
