Xbox 360 HD DVD players

A lot of you probably already know this, but the Xbox 360 HD DVD players are dirt cheap, $50 at Best Buy and I think $45 at Target, I thought it was worth it because HD DVDs are dirt cheap now too at places like Frys Electronics...a lot are $10 now.

I went to an FYE music store, and they are selling them for something like $50, then after a mail in rebate, it ends up costing only $20 for the thing. I don't know if FYE is all over the place or just in New England though.

Same deal at my local FYE/Coconuts stores. Still had no urge to pick it up myself tho!

What is this, the deals from three months ago message board? This price drop happened back in February and the FYE rebate expired at least a month or two ago. Seriously, if this is going to become some kind of supplement to Cheapassgamer, we need to at least focus on fairly recent deals.

I get where hes coming from though, you dont want people to run out and buy a HDDVD player figuring theyd get a rebate on it, and have it be expired.
