Gamecube:
Cars (Player's Choice) - $13.98
Sonic Heroes (Player's Choice) - $10.98
Teen Titans - $4.98 (this was the only game I bought)
PS2:
Cars (GH) - $13.98
GBA:
Avatar: The Burning Earth - $9.98
DS:
Bleach: The Blade of Fate - $14.98
Power Rangers - $14.98
I'm assuming there is a thread on this, but is anyone else taking advantage of the "Buy 2 - Get one free" deal that Target has going on right now. For each system it's different, but here are the ones that I know:
XBOX 360:
Buy any two of these and get Mass Effect for free:
Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Ninja Gaiden II, Scene It!, Nascar '09, and a few others.
I picked up R6V2 for $39 and Nascar 09 for $59 and got Mass Effect free! Not bad for $108 including tax!
For Nintendo DS:
Buy any two get Wario: Master of Disguise free:
Lego Raiders of the Lost Ark, Super Mario Bros., Pets Dogz 2, Zelda: Twilight Princess, and a few others.

I knew about this from reading the ads in the paper but it's still nice to have it posted here for all the other people that didn't know about it. And you are right Deadman, getting Mass Effect for free is a great deal considering you could accomplish that by buying two other great games, including Gears of War.

Today I got Naruto 2 for Gamecube at $4.98.

Then I used a $5 Target giftcard I won at work on the purchase, traded in the 3 360 games with another 360 game at Gamestop to get $35 in store credit.
Currently playing: Fallout 3 and Namco Museum Virtual Arcade (both 360)
Since Sears has been discounting games just as much as Target has, I decided to slightly rename the thread in order to cover both stores. And todays Sears finds were:
Burnout Revenge for 360 $4.95
Snk Vs Capcom Card Fighter DS $2.97
Metroid Prime Gamecube Bundle $29.99
There were several other PS2, Gamecube, Xbox, 360, and PS3 games for $2.97-14.95. I'll definitely keep you guys updated on the Sears sale.

Dance Dance Revolution Universe for 360 $5.00

Beowulf for 360 $5.00
All are factory sealed because they are just trying to get rid of some of their overstock. Call of Duty 4 was actually $30 two days ago so I'm going to check back in tomorrow and Friday to see if they lower it again. I don't know why but I keep finding ALL the best deals at retail stores(just lucky I guess). I'll continue to keep you guys posted on what deals are going on at each store. Hopefully it's helping you out as much as it's helping me out. Keep the feedback coming to thie thread.
