There is a techno track. I think it is the last track or the last 2 tracks. It is the song from the secret techno club level.

N2O does not have the entire Crystal Method album Vegas built in. It has a few tracks from the album, and quite a few remixes that as far as I know are exclusive to this soundtrack. I can assure you that the entire album is not there though.
Twisted Metal 3 has a bunch of tracks too. Rob Zombie, Nashville Pussy. That's the only one I've actually popped into the CD player.
You are correct, sir! I just checked it out for myself.Originally Posted by ddockery
SEVEN of the ten songs on the CD version of "Vegas" are in the game, but the game actually has 11 tracks - four of which are re-mixes. IMHO the three best tunes: Trip Like I Do, Busy Child, and Vapor Trail are all accounted for and/or have remixes on N20. You get a little more variety with the CD but you still gotta admit that the GAME is kick ass as a music CD!
Off the top of my head, I know the Playstation Developers Demo CD that came with the (very) early Playstations had music on it that you could listen to in a CD player. I'll look for others tonight.

I have a quick question.. Since I only own two PS1 games, period, and both of them happen to be able to be played in my cd player, I can't check this out for myself, but does the fact that they both say "compact disc" on them, like a regular music cd does, mean anything? Or do all PS1 games say "compact disc", regardless of abilty to play on a cd player?
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo has one track, the instrumental version of "Sakura's Song," that can be heard on an ordinary CD player.

Your are correct I was thinking about the bonus cd, my Bad!syzygy wrote:
Metal Gear Solid had a whole cd of music. Pretty good stuff.
Now let me ask you, are you referring to the "bonus disc" soundtrack CD or the actual game? I can't say I've ever tried listening to the MGS game CD - can you please clarify?

add these (from the top of my head):
tomb raider II (has music and all dialogue from cinemas)
tecmo's deception (has music and dialogue from japanese version!)
monster rancher (wild music not in the game)
dead or alive (cheesy, but ok)
excalbur 2555 a.d. (sorta cool!)
project overkill (nice dramatic stuff)
one (short, but funny.."i made a mistake")
machine hunter (nice, atmospheric stuff)
colin mcrae rally (title theme and some menu stuff)
alien resurrection (2 creepy tracks- listen w/ the lights out!)
treasures of the deep (end title/menu? music)
uprising x (wild metal/techno hybrid + dialogue tracks)
steel reign (sounds like it needs lyrics)
killing zone (30+ tracks! some nice, some oddball)
bloody roar (1 track)
also, a number of psx demo discs and imports have music tracks on them also- i'm too swamped to go through all my psx stuff now, though...
DP,
Of course it makes an awesome CD! I just wanted to make sure that anyone interested realized there was more of it out there. These guys make some amazing music, ad deserve every penny they can get IMO. Even if I didn't love the game, I'd have bought it just for the remixes.
Gundam Battle Assault allows you to play a fair number of tracks.
Spin Jam
Kula World (aka Roll Away aka Kula Quest)
Tetris Plus has all of the tracks in the game playable on a CD player.
I also heard Wu-tang Clan's Shaolin Style has some on it
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?
The demo disc "Pizza Hut: Disc Two" has a remix of "Dragula" by Rob Zombie on track 2.
Duke Nukem Total Meltdown
Mortal Kombat 3
Mortal Kombat Trilogy
Street Fighter The Movie
Tekken
