PSP Video Encoding Error Question

Hello all, this question may have been asked 50,000,000 times before, however, when I try to download a video file (mpeg, avi, etc) from my computer to the PSP it comes up with an encoding error. It worked for a while, but just comes up error now. I'm using Sony Media Manager 2.0, but would like to know what I'm doing wrong. I've reinstalled Media Manager, so this isn't the issue either. I looked up a solution on the net and found some version 9 of some program that may or may not help. Thanks in advance, oh yeah and I'm rather technically inept, so an easy solution would be the best.

I can't help you with Sony Media Manager, but the program I use is a free one called Any Video Converter. It's pretty idiot proof and I haven't had any problems with encoding at all.

I use psp video 9. You can google it and get the download.
