1990 Chips ahoy Nes game giveaway
I was 9 at the time and noticed that chips ahoy had a nes game contest. I had a winning bag so i chose Blades of Steel. Once i got the game I took it everywhere anyone had a nes because i didnt have one at that time. I got that a yr later. Then i made my descent into gaming because the next yr(1992) i saw the Genesis for the first time. It was only in 2001 that i got the snes. ah the memories

Your story seems to unfinished, and is a bit too close to a "how i got my cube" story.
at least you got that cool little mini game in between half time.I am pretty sure this was for a cookie eating contest.. most of the contestants have Diabetes's now.

IT was a video game giveaway. I dont remember what the other games offered were. I didnt have my nes till a few years later so i took Blades of steel around with me and played it on other kids nes.
