There's plenty of middleman services out there if you're willing to pay the fees - I've found Crescent Shop Japan to be more reasonable than the popular ones like Rinkya or Celga.
Shopping Mall Japan is a great middleman service. They have always been good to me.

Find an agent that does these things.. You'd find them in some directory listings.. On the other hand, if you think that paying for these agents is too expensive for your budget, you can find another japan auction site that enables international bidders.. There are tons of them..
