It's been a little while so this is stuff I've picked up over the month of May plus the last few days of April. More buys here than finds so if that's not to your liking you can skip my post now.

The Sega Saturn and games were flea market finds from 3 weeks ago. I've been passively collecting for the Saturn for a few years now, but passing on junk systems and the usual $30 specialty store stock. The system, which came with the Model 1 controller and hookups (not pictured) set me back $20. The vendor I got it from also had a decent selection of 13-15 games at $3 a piece. I took Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Die Hard Arcade, and Iron Storm (most undesirable Working Designs release ever?) out of the selection. I wanted his Rayman and Tempest 2000 as well, but both were missing their manuals.

The Action Replay was new from the bay, and set me back $30. I'm a huge shmup nut as you're about to see in the next picture, so I'm going for broke with Saturn imports.

    - CIB NES games, Bad News Baseball, Mendel Palace, Tetris 2, Palamedes, and Bases Loaded 3 were $4 a piece today at my local regional market

    - CIB Mega Drive games, Verytex, Darwin 4081, Raiden Trad, and Fire Shark were bay purchases over the end of April - early May. Don't remember the prices, but they were average market value + shipping.

    - Sonic Wings 2 for the Neo Geo CD was $15, again from ebay

    - Dodonpachi: Daifukkatsu and Muchi Muchi Pork/Pink Sweets Xbox 360 shooters are brand new from NCSX. Something like $70-$80 each... lol, shit adds up fast.

    - From ebay 2 weeks ago, like new PS2 Psikyo shooter collections Sengoku Ace & Sengoku Blade, and Sol Divide & Dragon Blaze were $40 each

Loose KC Munchkin in there but the system looked like it had been through the wringer (pried open at one point) and O2 stuff just isn't for me - I've had and gotten rid of too many of them in my time. I did consider asking for the boxed games alone but I got what I was really interested in and figured I'd quit while ahead. He also had a bunch of complete Pokemon GB / GBC games and a green GBC he sold for $10 to the guys that were selling all the dirty Transformers - instant resale for them. But I had to haggle for the VCS stuff.

Yeah, that dude with the milk crates is out there every month. He had a bit more gaming stuff than usual but you should always expect that stuff not to work. That's not to say that it's all broken junk, it's just salvage - but with that in mind I have found some good stuff among the scrap.

Problem was, as with the last one, I ended up with a large item really early in the day without the car at my disposal. Last month it was the giant arcade style Pop'n Music controller. With that dragging me down I usually only do one pass through and leave, instead of hanging out there for a couple hours. Hopefully that won't be an issue at the June meet up.

Who had the Atari 7800? Was it the two guys that had all the loose 2600 games? There was a pretty nice Dreamcast setup out there too if someone was looking to start out with the console, seller would have probably taken $70 for it.

Wow, the odyssey guy had all that extra stuff? dang, i wish i had looked harder. The xbox controller seems to work just fine, it's just a useless controller because theres not many games you can use it comfortably in.

The atari 7800 was from the guy with the 2600 games. He had some neat stuff, a master system, a genesis in a plastic case, a saturn, and a ROB box on the floor. I was very happy to find it!

I'm glad I didn't get there earlier or I would have been completely broke.

    Default Flea Market 5-22-11

Diddy Kong Racing, Goldeneye 007 & Super Game Boy - 7
    2 He-Man Figures (He-Man & Mer-Man, New) - 5

Games were 5 each offered 7 for the 3 I got. He-Man figures were 5 each offered 5 for both and the seller counter with 6 which I accepted but he didn't have any singles so he ended up taking 5. The other items in the picture where from 2 weeks ago at the flea market.

Judging by all the other double post I'd say that DP is going thru some more technical difficulties.

I stopped at a Movie Trading Company on the way back from a friend's house and bought Scud: The Disposable Assassin and Herc's Adventures for the Saturn, $3.99 each. Herc's Adventures is in a badly cracked case, naturally.

My latest finds that I have found fresh straight out of my local flea market! ^o^

    - Spyro the Dragon
    - Rally Cross 2
    - Spice World
    - Tomb Raider
    - Tomb Raider II
    - Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation
    - Crash Bandicoot
    - Crash Bandicoot 3: Wraped

I got this lot for $14 total and they were all in excellent condition! I always wanted to play the original Spyro and Crash games when they first came out so now I have the chance to fulfill my childhood memory Spice World, however, made me lol because I remembered seeing this at Toys R Us years ago and a lot of girls wanted to buy the game (screaming and crying notwithstanding) ^_^

Next up is this lovely dart cabinet set that was brought for $5 I'm planning to refurnish the inside since it was heavily used and clean it up while adding a new dart board.

Last but not least, this Gold-covered Triforce GBA SP (which I believed was the ones that were sold in Europe with the Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap) along with a carrying bag for $7 I didn't expect to see this in the flea market so I have a great time finding these things

I lived my life with no fear nor hatred... For these traits are certain to the content of my immortal being.

Those heman reissues are pretty valuable, espeicaly the merman (all the non heman/skeletor) figures had a much lower print run, a friend of mine sold his complete collection for 30+ per figure with some of the rarer wave 2 stuff hitting 50+ (i still have my full set myself)

... My brother told me that a seller at my flea market had a couple of uh, Ram Mans?

They looked like they had different packaging than this... wonder if they're worth anything?

most likely the ones your friend saw are from the newer heman series from the early 2000s

    Just three things today:

Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007 (case, no disc) - $1
El Piporro - Para La Raza - $1

... So that CD, well, the guy was an awesome Mexican comedian for most of his life. I really liked to watch his movies when I was a kid. For $1, why not?

Quake II: Quad Damage - $3
It has everything EXCEPT Quake II! Both expansions, the Netpack, and the Quake II instruction manual were inside, but the main game is missing. All CDs and items are mint. Judging from the other items, though, I think I can just add a regular Quake II game and call it complete. I'm not sure if I should sell it or not...

Well today was the day I met up with the guy I bought Brigandine and Thousand Arms off of last week. Here is the rest of his collection. $300 for this lot, but I ended up going half-in with my brother, so $150 each

    $300 for these 42 games.....$7.14 a piece!
All of these games are complete and if not mint then damn near it. The only complaint is that Valkrie Profile is missing disc 1...which I was aware of.
