For anyone with a Kinney Drugs locally (A chain of drugstores in the Northeast), they seem to have discounted the prices for their small videogame section.
Found Jak & Daxter and Sly Cooper 3 for $2.25 each, with at least a dozen other Xbox and PS2 games for the same price (The rest was shovelware).
Unsure how widespread this is, but if you're in there often like I am, take a minute to find where they keep the videogames. Could be worth your time.
