Gamestop has a ton of games selling for 19.99. Alot of these are price drops which have all come into effect recently, some are actually deals.

Bionic Commando for both XBOX 360 and PS3
Star Wars Force Unleashed for all systems.
Chrono Trigger(which this one is actually a price drop to 19.99 anyways.)

All Guitar Hero World Tour Band Sets are 100 dollars off if you happened to miss the Amazon.com one day sale GAC listed.

You'll pretty much have to wade through the listings of games to find which ones are deals or not. Again, most aren't, but there are good deals to be found(like Bionic Commando listed above.)

Yeah, a lot of places pull that crap. The retail price of something will drop everywhere, but certain stores will call it a "sale" to get people to think they are actually saving money if they buy it.

Is anyone interested in the Guitar Hero World Tour band kits for $100 off? I know that these things are in their fading stage and are clogging shelves all over the country, but $89 for the full band sounds like a decent deal to me?

I really haven't been paying attention to these packages, so are other companies dropping these prices too?

I just saw Force Unleashed at Hollywood video for $15. I know also that some people saw it at Gamecrazy for the same price. If you have either store in the area I'd recommend looking into it.

I might get Prince of Persia. I was going to try to include it in a buy 2 get one free sale when it was at a higher price, so I'm glad I waited. BTW, on cheapassgamer they say another B2G1 is coming up next weekend (starting the 16th), so if the used game prices reflect these price drops, that would be even nicer.

Anyways, I picked up the Limited Edition of Rainbox Six Vegas 2 (PS3) for 7.50 today. Only thing I didn't get was the Keychain. :(

Today I decided to go ahead and get the GH World Tour bundle for the PS3 and had a very hard time finding one! None of my close-by stores had them, so they called around and found one about 12 miles away and I went and got it.

I also hope the price drops are permanent, as I didn't take advantage of either HAWX or Bionic Commando pricing yet and was planning to do so this week or next weekend...

Gamestop's "big" sales are usually behind the times. It doesn't mean you can't find anything good but the majority of their sales items have been on sale at other stores(and for cheaper prices) for quite sometime now.

I'm kind of surprised to see Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles at $17.99 - I've never seen the price drop from $49.99. If you have a Wii, I highly recommend the game, especially if you have one of the gun "shells".

I don't know how Midnight Club LA is, but LA Remix for the PSP is terrible. 20+ second load times and the draw distance blows.

I haven't played much of MC LA, but from the time I spent with the PS3 version, there were next to no load times once you were actually in the game, and the graphics were great.

If it wasn't for Burnout Paradise becoming a surprise hit, especially after the release of the DLC, you would have heard more about MC LA. I loved MC 2 on the original Xbox, and was pretty hyped for MC LA, but BP pretty much satsisfies everything I want in an open-world racing game.

(well, except for the loss of crash mode, but that's another tangent...)

Was anyone able to get the 20 percent off PS3 coupon to stack with the $5, $10 and $15 discounted games? I bought Little Big Planet, which was $15 off, but it just applied Edge and the 20 percent discount to the regular price. The employee really didn't know what he was doing, though, he tried to tell me that the only three games I could get the discount on were the ones printed as examples on the coupon and I had to explain to him how it worked, so I was wondering if other people had better luck.
