BLUE-PRINT

· HIDDEN MESSAGE: CBS Games had a contest with this game.  You had to find the secret word, TEALPEHN (picture #1), and then send in an entry form to enter.  The word was a hint to an upcoming “surprise” from CBS (future game?).  Other than the fact the word can be anagrammed into either “ELEPHANT” or “THEPLANE” (was this in reference to the unreleased game, Wings?), nothing else is known about it.  After uncovering the secret word, a box with an “X” inside it appears on the title screen (picture #2). {Scott Stilphen}

· HIDDEN MESSAGE: A prototype version exists that not only has different "solutions" for each level, but a different secret word, SAPIENCE (picture #3), which is a synonym for wisdom.  {Scott Stilphen}

· HIDDEN MESSAGE: DIDOMENICO” can be found in the compiled code listing. {Scott Stilphen}

· The placing of the machine parts is not random- it’s based on a set # of patterns.  See “2600 Connection” #25 for info on this. {Scott Stilphen}

· The score rolls over at 20,000. Also, you can’t earn any free lives. In the arcade version, you earn a free life at 20,000. {Scott Stilphen}

· When you lose a life, the game will usually ‘cheat’ you on either the board you’re on or the next one – it won’t give you enough time to get all the pieces.  If you somehow manage to survive this brief frenzy (or you get killed, which is more likely) the game will return to normal.  {Scott Stilphen}
