| Designed by Shigeru Miyamoto. Description: Later re-released in "Classic Series" packaging, like Zelda II and Metroid, with a Classic series banner on the box, and a grey cart, instead of gold. This version is slightly rarer than the original. A complete Zelda includes a poster-sized map in addition to the usual trappings. Reportedly, Jay Leno (The Tonight Show) called Nintendo game counselors looking for help on level 7 of this game. Leno is also claimed to have completed both quests. Sure, anyone can do that when they call counselors for the answers! Style/Genre: Third-Person Real-Time/Role-Playing. Click to see other games of this type. Released: 07/87.
